We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to join our team to lead our
community engagement and streamer relations efforts.
Role Overview:
As a Senior B2C Marketing Executive, you will play a critical role driving paid media campaign strategy and execution by conducting market research, optimizing campaigns across platforms, and aligning strategies with business goals. You will also manage social media channels, content and engagement, ensuring consistency across channels and staying attuned to industry trends. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and budget oversight will be key, along with regular reporting and data-driven performance analysis to guide decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Paid Media Campaign Planning and Management:
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to uncover growth
opportunities.

Craft tailored and innovative paid media strategies aligned with business objectives, target audiences, and industry specifics.
- Develop and present media plans encompassing budget allocations, targeting
strategies, and creative direction including copies.
- Launch, monitor, and optimize paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google
Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Implement and coordinate A/B testing to refine ad creatives, targeting parameters,
and bidding strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, making adjustments to bids, budgets, and
targeting to meet KPIs.
2. Social Media Content & Channel Management:
- Design and implement social media strategies and channels that reflect brand
identity and marketing goals across different SEA regions.

Develop, curate, and manage engaging content across organization’s social media
channels, ensuring consistency in messaging.
- Foster audience engagement by responding to comments, messages, and facilitating community interactions.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to boost
organization’s online presence.
3. Cross Departmental Collaboration

Work closely with cross-functional teams such as, but not limited to, creative teams, products team and data analysts, to ensure alignment between advertising
campaigns and broader growth strategies.
4. Marketing Budget & Timeline Management:
- Oversee the development and management of the annual marketing budget,
ensuring that all marketing activities are conducted within the approved budget and timelines.

Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a monthly basis, ensuring financial
accountability.
5. Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze performance metrics for both paid media and social media using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, TikTok Analytics, etc.).
- Prepare comprehensive weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Marketing, Business or a relevant discipline.

Minimum 5 years of experience in the iGaming industry with proven experience in
senior marketing roles focusing on marketing strategies, branding and conversion.
- Proficient with social media channels, advertising tools and channels in South East
Asian regions.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns,
stakeholders, and deadlines efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build
relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
