Job Purpose
The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for planning and overseeing social media initiatives in cooperation with the Brand Marketing Manager, VP of Sales, and Designers. This position will report to the Brand Marketing Manager and be solely responsible for the Stella Parker brand social channels.
Responsibilities:
• Spearheading and executing creative development for Stella Parker B2B site (including content creator program and budgeting)
• Scout, negotiate and contracts for influencers for content creation
• Manage all influencer communication
• Manage all product seeding and logistics
• Manage all communication with customers/followers on branded social
• Build social media strategy and calendar for SP
• Manage all SP website updates and site refresh (seasonally)
• Manage all SP photo shoots including booking, casting, styling, and editing
• Post to social channels for Dawn Levy Brand according to the Brand Marketing Manager’s calendar
• Manage weekly performance reports
• Collect BTS footage from all photo shoots to be used for social channels
• Competitive analysis of other companies’ postings and ads
• Manage all TLG marketing budgets
Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of relevant social media experience in the fashion industry
• College education or relevant work experience.
• Fluent in Adobe Suite, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Outstanding attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to consistently communicate and follow up on priorities.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to embrace feedback and iterate on designs.
