Responsibilities:
- Serves as subject matter expert in SEO best practices and industry trends to assist in identifying new opportunities for Perforce business units
- Collaborate with business unit teams on SEO and CRO strategy, providing recommendations, advisory and assistance to increase rankings, optimize the digital user journey, and increase inbound lead generation.
- Analyze web performance metrics using SEO tools (e.g. GA4, Google Search Console), and CRO (e.g. Google Analytics, TrenDemon, HotJar, Drift)
- Independently conduct keyword research using tools such as BrightEdge
- Perform regular audits and deliver data-driven insights to marketing teams.
- Manage projects in Hive for assigned brands
- Collaborate with the web development team on technical SEO and site performance improvements
- Assist in creating and maintaining documentation on best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5-8 years of experience in SEO, CRO and web marketing
- Extensive experience with web analytics/SEO/CRO tools (e.g. GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console. BrightEdge/SEM Rush (or similar).
- Experience in content marketing, and on-page SEO
- High Attention to Detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication, leadership and project management skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Excellent MS Excel skills. Must be comfortable with large data sets in MS Excel as well as complex functions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously (agency experience a plus)
- Understanding of data protection regulations and cookie consent compliance
- Understanding of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and compliance
- Ability to commute to our HQ/Minneapolis, MN office 2-3 days per week.
- Google Certifications a plus
