We're thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Social and Digital Media Specialist to join our dynamic Global Corporate Communications team! In this role, you will be at the forefront of shaping our digital presence and engaging with our global audience. You'll manage and execute innovative social media strategies that align with our brand objectives, drive impactful campaigns, and maintain our key digital assets. You will report to the Senior Manager of Social and Digital Media.

What you'll do:
- Collaborate with Digital & Design, Corporate Communications, and other teams to strategize and implement social and digital content initiatives aligned with brand messaging and standard processes across multiple platforms.
- Develop and implement strategic briefs for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms, managing the content calendar, scheduling posts, and communicating updates for high-priority content.
- Lead all aspects of social media campaigns, from conceptualization to delivery, including the creation of engaging post copy, managing feedback, and coordinating with design and video teams.
- Supervise and respond to social media comments to foster a positive community, set up and optimize paid social campaigns, and update key web pages in collaboration with the IT team.
- Analyze social and digital performance data to provide insights and actionable recommendations, stay informed on industry trends, propose innovative ways, and ensure consistent brand voice and messaging.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of expertise in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing, with a proven track record in campaign management and performance optimization.
- Creative and strategic problem solver with a strong grasp of developing engaging content, staying ahead of industry trends, and aligning social media plans with business goals.
- Proficient in LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok; skilled in social media management tools (e.g., Emplifi, HootSuite, Sprinklr), project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Asana), and paid media platforms for LinkedIn and Meta.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Adept at collaborating with diverse collaborators, demonstrating outstanding listening skills, proposing innovative solutions, and prioritizing multiple projects effectively.
- Strong analytical abilities for supervising performance, interpreting data, making data-driven recommendations, and ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
Compensation And Benefits
Salary Range $91,200.00 - $114,000.00 USD
Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location. In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.
Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable benefits plans then in effect, all salaried employees are also eligible for a competitive benefits package which includes:
- Insurance: Employees (and their eligible dependents) are eligible to participate in Company-sponsored Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment and Disability insurance plans.
- Retirement Plans: Employees are eligible to enroll in Colgate's 401(k) plan, which provides for company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements
- Vacation/PTO: Employees receive a minimum of 15 days of vacation/PTO leave annually
- Paid Holidays: Employees receive a minimum of 13 paid/floating holidays annually
- Paid Sick Leave: Based on location and consistent with applicable state and local law, employees receive a minimum of 40 hours of paid sick leave on January 1st of each year
- Paid Parental Leave: Eligible employees may take up to eight weeks of paid parental leave and 12 weeks of unpaid leave (varies for employees with fewer than 12 months of service and is subject to hours worked requirements)
