Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team. The ideal candidate will help execute marketing campaigns, manage social media accounts, create content, and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate social media strategy, manage posts, and engage with followers.
- Help design promotional materials, including newsletters, brochures, and online content.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the company website, including uploading new content.
- Track and report the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and organizing files.
- Assist in organizing and promoting events such as webinars, conferences, and product launches.
- Support in managing email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation and performance reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project deliverables are met.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) is preferred.
- Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Salary: $18.2 - $24 per hour
