We are looking for an ambitious and highly creative Brand Manager who is passionate about brand building and inspiring others to thrive within the financial industry.
This is a hybrid role. Candidates should live within commuting distance of our New York City office.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the brand team with project management, daily tasks, and functions from status reports, internal meetings, and vendor collaboration
- Help build and maintain expanding social channels and content calendars that support strategic objectives. Tasks may include light video editing, design, and copywriting
- Work with team to understand target audience preferences and build, design creative content to meet them
- Collaborate with agency/ freelance partners to coordinate integrated advertising campaigns across touch points
- Ensure all project work is on brief and keep team up to date on all projects
- Concept and produce compelling product, marketing, and sales collateral to support key business initiatives and ensure all outputs are on brand
- Coordinate and organize marketing events and key industry conferences
- Manage partnership relationships by coordinating meetings, producing collateral, and supporting partnership events
- Coordinate and execute outbound email marketing campaigns, including managing workflows and monitoring performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to craft clear, compelling communications aligned with business objectives
- Support public relations efforts by drafting press releases, coordinating media outreach, and handling communications with media contacts
- Ensure all email marketing and communications strategies are on brand and support key business initiatives
- Assist in tracking and analyzing email marketing performance, using data insights to improve future campaigns
- Assist with budget tracking for the marketing department
- Conduct competitive analysis and keep team up to date with new digital technologies, industry trends, and social media best practices

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Ability to think creatively, strategically, and tactically
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Ability to create and design decks for pitches and various initiatives
- Strong project management skills
- Active social media user and strong knowledge of pop culture
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
- Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g., CRM tools, Online analytics, and Google AdWords)
- Visual storyteller with ability to craft a clear, concise narrative
Physical Demands:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
