Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Brand Marketing Specialist at Plump Cosmetics & Injectables. The Brand Marketing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day brand marketing activities such as events and our membership platform and brand development. This role is based in New York, NY, with flexibility for some remote work.
Brand Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align
with the company’s overall vision and goals. Ensure consistent brand messaging
across all platforms and locations.
Marketing Campaigns: Design, execute, and oversee integrated marketing
campaigns that enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement. This
includes digital, print, and in-person channels.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer
preferences, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform marketing strategies
and positioning.
Performance Metrics: Set, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Adjust strategies based on
performance data.
Marketing Agencies: Work closely with other marketing agencies as needed.
Maintain and enhance the brand’s visual and verbal identity. Ensure
brand consistency across all marketing materials and locations.
Brand Positioning: Work on positioning the brand effectively in the market,
differentiating it from competitors, and communicating unique value propositions.
Digital Presence: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, SEO,
content marketing, and online advertising. Ensure a strong and cohesive digital
presence.
Content Strategy: Develop and implement content strategies that resonate with the
target audience and support brand messaging.
Partnerships - establish and coordinate partnerships
Qualifications
- Brand Marketing and Brand Management skills
- Experience in Marketing and Branding
- Brand Development expertise
- Strong analytical and creative thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in the cosmetics or healthcare industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
