The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for leading, implementing, and overseeing a wide range of marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and drive business objectives across multiple channels. This role requires strong project management skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The Senior Marketing Manager will ensure the effective execution of marketing efforts, contributing to both the company's growth and customer satisfaction.
Essential Job Duties
- Manage the relationship with external agencies, specifically video production partners
- Ensure the timely delivery of assets, organizational feedback loops, and coordinate efforts to optimize the video creation process when serving as the project manager
- Source properties manage event details and onboard the sales team to ensure they are prepared for event participation when acting as an Account Executive (AE) for brand events, handling logistics, vendor relationships, and budget tracking
- Develop, manage, and oversee the process for branded merchandise, including uniforms, kits, and promotional items
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budget and streamline procurement
- Administer the project management of all website initiatives, including setting deadlines, coordinating with the development team, and acting as the central point of communication
- Organize, filter, and prioritize feedback to streamline the process for website initiatives to ensure efficient execution and rapid project turnaround
- Lead the management of social media channels by creating and curating content that aligns with brand objectives
- Oversee the development of social media calendars, engage with the audience, and monitor performance metrics to optimize campaigns and ensure consistent brand messaging
- Spearhead the coordination of content across all external platforms, including social media, web, video, blogs, case studies, and podcasts
- Manage the scheduling, organization, and delivery of content to ensure timely and consistent brand representation
- Manage the podcast process, uploading episodes and supporting the strategic direction to align with content goals
- Coordinate photographers and develop shot lists to capture high-quality assets at events
- Manage and organize photo assets to maintain brand consistency
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role
- Proven track record of managing multi-channel marketing initiatives and leading projects
- Ability to stay up to date on industry trends
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with a strong ability to meet deadlines
- Demonstrate leadership in coordinating events, managing agency relationships, and driving content
- Proficient in operating standard office equipment and software including Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in related field; relevant experience may be substituted for formal education
