The W team is proud to partner with authors such as David Jeremiah, Louie Giglio, Savannah Guthrie and many other bestselling authors.
The Marketing Director is a strategic and tactical leader in planning and managing marketing select front list and backlist titles. This position will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for multiple titles during each season. These comprehensive campaigns for assigned titles include (but are not limited to) marketing strategy and positioning, consumer messaging, social media strategy, oversight of launch team, online advertising, events, book tours, and budgeting. In partnership with authors, agents, editors, vendors, retail sales and other team members, the marketing director applies an integrated approach to meet sales goals each fiscal year.
In addition to author and title responsibilities, the Marketing Director will assist with other initiatives to support the W Publishing Group team and HCCP, working closely with our Vice President of Marketing, sales and digital sales teams to ensure each title’s success in the marketplace.
This is a hybrid position based out of our Nashville office.
