The Role at NFP
In this role at NFP, An Aon Company, you will be supporting the Canadian marketing team by managing various marketing projects, communications and email campaigns in our marketing automation platform Pardot. You’ll join a fast-paced, award-winning in-house marketing agency who loves what we do. Your ability to handle various tasks at a time and exercise independent discernment is just what we need in order to craft a more efficient and organized work environment. Your excellent social skills and ability to collaborate with various roles within the marketing department and line of business stakeholders give you the vital ability to produce positive relationships and outstanding results. Your marketing management skills, emailing marketing experience and ability to coordinate creative assets between teams will allow you to make your mark here at NFP.
What You’ll Do
- Work with NFP’s marketing team to manage and execute Canadian marketing initiatives, including but not limited to:
- Canadian communications, working with NFP’s corporate comms team.
- Canadian email newsletters
- Maintaining and managing the Canadian comms calendar
- Social media campaigns, including organic and paid activity
- Set up webinars and coordinate with the training team
- Monitor NFP.ca web inquiries via the marketing Canada inbox and forward to the proper department or respond as necessary. Monitor and report on analytics from websites, email blasts, etc.
- Ordering business cards, stationery, etc.
- Set-up, testing and delivery of internal and external email communications for our Canadian business. This includes:
- Building out email marketing assets with our NFP brand and digital teams, as well as creating the campaign structure in our marketing automation platform.
- Building campaign landing pages for Canada email campaigns with NFP’s digital division.
- Ensuring landing page form submissions are set-up to integrate with Salesforce and email automations are set-up
- Work with digital team as needed to ensure forms are mapping into Salesforce
- Maintaining spreadsheet of all Canadian landing pages and associated automations
- Reporting on email and campaign performance to marketing and business line stakeholders.
- Optimizing email campaigns and making recommendations to the core project team throughout a campaign.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or related field preferred but not mandatory
- 2 -3 years of marketing/communications experience
- Experience with client, prospect and employee facing communications
- Knowledge of email marketing including list segmentation, email development, template creation, deliverability and reporting.
- General understanding of the process for email creation from content to execution and delivery.
- Experience with campaign development, including automation and triggers.
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity/experience with a broad range of tools:
- SalesForce (or similar CRM)
- Pardot (or similar marketing automation platform)
- Project management tools
- Workplace by Facebook
- Marketing Library/Content Management System to Manage/Download marketing materials
