Our client is looking for a data-driven, strategic B2B Marketing Director with heavy experience driving leads and converting those leads to sales. Must have experience with heavy integrated marketing with a lean into lead gen, CRM, SEO/SEM, social and more. This is a people management role.
The Marketing Director will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing and will be pivotal in driving revenue growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement in the B2B space. The ideal candidate will develop long-term marketing goals, manage budgets, monitor campaign effectiveness, and ensure alignment with the company’s overall objectives while fostering a data-driven marketing culture.
Responsibilities
• Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with VP of Marketing, stakeholders, product managers, and the creative team to develop integrated marketing campaigns that grow the company’s audience, drive leads, and support product and service offerings.
• Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, including segmentation, testing, tracking, reporting, and post-campaign analysis, ensuring all initiatives are data-driven and focused on delivering measurable results.
• Data-Driven Insights: Cultivate a data-driven marketing culture, leveraging research and analytics to inform strategic decisions and improve campaign performance. Use insights to drive marketing activities that lead to strong revenue performance.
• Digital Optimization: Direct website strategy and lead generation efforts, ensuring the company’s digital presence enhances brand visibility and contributes to lead acquisition.
• Mentorship & Team Development: Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team of 5+ direct reports, fostering professional growth and ensuring alignment with company values and objectives.
Qualifications
• 10+ years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in senior leadership roles within a B2B environment.
• Agency experience is highly preferred.
• Strong experience in SEO/SEM, database marketing, email campaigns, social media, and digital advertising.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
• Expertise in leading marketing initiatives across multiple brands and channels.
• Proficient in HubSpot, Call Rail, SharePoint, Monday.com, and JotForm. Ideally proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite
