Adecco Creative & Marketing is seeking a dedicated communications consultant to join our fast-paced Reputational Issues & Crisis Communications team. This critical role supports our commitment to responsible corporate conduct by ensuring all external communication partnerships align with our ethical standards and brand values. You will play a key role in the influencer process, working with a specialized investigative agency to review potential partners and identify reputational, social, and cultural risks. This position offers an opportunity to gain insights into influencer marketing within a global organization while contributing to responsible brand partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the company’s brand ambassador values matching program.
- Provide recommendations to executive leadership regarding influencer suitability, ensuring alignment with brand and company values.
- Conduct social listening and spokespeople monitoring, contributing to the development of reports that guide business actions and communication strategies.
- Serve as the primary contact for the internal influencer vetting platform, managing user access, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records within the platform to ensure all influencer data is well-documented and accessible to stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with brand teams, finance, and external agencies to maintain efficient workflow.
- Stay updated on societal and political developments, cultural sensitivities, and potential influencer controversies to proactively mitigate reputational risks.
- Assist the Head of Reputational Issues & Crisis on special projects as needed.
Key Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
- Experience in media relations, public affairs, crisis communications, or corporate communications is preferred.
- Professionalism, excellent judgment, critical thinking, confidentiality, and the ability to interact with senior-level management.
- Familiarity with current political, social, and cultural events, as well as popular internet culture, influencers, and celebrities.
- Extreme attention to detail, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize effectively.
- Understanding of corporate business dynamics.
- Quick learner with the ability to use new IT platforms and tools efficiently.
