Job Description: Marketing Assistant
Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support the marketing team in executing various campaigns and initiatives. The ideal candidate will help coordinate marketing efforts, manage administrative tasks, and contribute to the development of creative strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Support: Assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
- Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer insights to support strategy development.
- Event Coordination: Help organize and promote events, webinars, and trade shows.
- Analytics & Reporting: Assist in tracking campaign performance and compiling reports on key metrics to evaluate success and suggest improvements.
- Administrative Support: Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle general administrative duties for the marketing department.
- Collaborations: Work closely with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to ensure timely execution of projects.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, or HubSpot.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail.
- Creative mindset and a willingness to learn.
Salary: $18 - $26 per hour
