Our client, a fast-growing business in the skilled labor industry based in St. Louis Park, MN, is seeking a Marketing Associate to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Development: Build and maintain creative partnerships with local businesses, trade associations, and industry organizations to support company growth and visibility. (not business development)
- Branding and Alignment: Ensure that all marketing activities align seamlessly with the company's established brand and high standards for consistency and quality.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content across multiple platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
- Website Management: Oversee the company’s website, ensuring up-to-date content, brand alignment, and seamless user experience.
- Email Marketing: Execute targeted email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize marketing analytics to assess campaign performance and optimize future strategies, focusing on a results-oriented approach.
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Lead end-to-end planning, management, and execution of marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation.
- Online Advertising: Manage PPC and other online advertising channels, leveraging past experience with ad buying and campaign management.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally in a small business environment.
- Proven experience managing campaigns and online ads is highly valued.
- Experience with Marketing Automation Tools
Skills:
- Proficiency in content creation, website management, social media, email marketing, and analytics. Knowledge of performance marketing and understanding of the marketing funnel.
- Strong Copywriting and Editing Skills: Ability to write clear, persuasive, and engaging copy for various audiences and platforms, contributing to brand consistency and message clarity.
- Graphic Design Skills: Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva for creating visually appealing content.
- SEO Knowledge: Basic understanding of SEO principles to optimize web content and improve search engine visibility.
- Project Management Skills: Experience managing multiple campaigns or projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery
- Data Analysis Proficiency: Comfort with Google Analytics and similar tools to track campaign performance, analyze trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
