Director, Integrated Marketing & Ecommerce

They are looking for a strategic and results-driven Director of Integrated Marketing & Ecommerce to drive digital growth and innovation. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, this high-impact role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skill, and strategic thinking to elevate our brand’s online presence and boost revenue across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Development & Execution: Design and lead integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand engagement, customer acquisition, and loyalty on a global scale.
- Ecommerce Strategy & Management: Oversee the ecommerce platform strategy, including site management, product launches, promotions, and online merchandising to maximize revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Digital Marketing Leadership: Spearhead email marketing flows, SMS campaigns, and content creation across our website and social media channels, establishing the brand as a digital-first leader.
- Social Media & Influencer Engagement: Drive social media strategy, creating captivating campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest. Partner with influencers to expand reach and foster brand advocacy.
- Content & Creative Oversight: Develop and manage a cohesive content calendar that balances brand and user-generated content, ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging standards.
- Paid Media & Analytics: Optimize budget allocation for digital advertising, working closely with our paid media agency to achieve KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Global Collaboration: Collaborate with international and wholesale partners to ensure the digital strategy is consistently represented across all market segments, providing seamless customer experiences.
- Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, data insights, and consumer behaviors to continually refine and adapt our marketing strategy for optimal performance.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years in digital and social media marketing, preferably within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors. Familiarity with platforms like Shopify and Klaviyo is a plus.
