Marketing Coordinator with a passion for brand building and project management? Join our client's team who is a leader in the beauty industry to support the Channel Marketing Senior Manager in executing dynamic marketing campaigns and ensuring seamless marketing support for new store openings. As a Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a key role in managing the internal Instagram page, creating print signage, and coordinating marketing materials to boost engagement, sales, and store performance.
Responsibilities
- Create signage for drop-in deals. Accountable for ensuring all signage is accurate and complete.
- Manage monthly marketing requests and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure fulfillment and delivery.
- Brief key marketing campaigns and initiatives to Creative Services as needed.
- Manage vendor payments, set up and purchase orders as needed.
- Manage marketing support and calendar of in store events including; Grand Openings, New Stores and Relocations.
- Work with education event managers to create compelling in store events and animated themes that drive sales and increased traffic.
- Track and manage delivery and timelines for all marketing support.
- Assist with Social Media Engagement
- Assist with social engagement on Marketing Instagram page, including monitoring content and engaging with local store community pages.
- Provide monthly social assets to support monthly marketing promos and evergreen initiatives.
- Conduct monthly competitive review and manage promotional dashboard to drive upcoming promotions and marketing support.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in marketing, visual merchandising, store marketing, brand management, or an agency setting (account management preferred).
- Project Management Skills: Proficient in project management, ideally with experience in Wrike. Able to drive cross-functional projects from start to finish on time and within budget.
- Social Media Savvy: Comfortable managing and engaging with social channels, particularly Instagram.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional eye for detail, ensuring all creative materials and signage meet brand standards.
- Interpersonal Skills: Team player with strong communication skills, able to collaborate with internal teams, brand partners, and vendors.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or Retail Management preferred.
- Travel: Occasional travel for store visits and meetings may be required.
