Who You Are:
The E-Commerce Photography Coordinator is responsible for supporting all processes and procedures to manage the workflow and productivity of a high-volume photography operation to ensure they are completed on-time, within budget and are aligned with company brand guidelines and business needs.
Reporting to the Creative Operations Digital Asset Manager and Production Manager, the E-Commerce Photography Coordinator will be the key point of contact for tracking a high volume of e-commerce samples and digital assets and ensuring smooth operations across the photo studio and office. The ability to work independently while adjusting and adapting management styles to the fast-paced environment of the fashion industry is essential to success in this role.
What You’ll Do:
Project Coordination Responsibilities:
- Assists Digital Asset Manager in maintaining pre-production and production projects using Excel and Smartsheet and advanced formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, COUNTIFS) for data reporting from initial scoping and development to delivery and production of final assets
- Regularly updates and communicates image statuses for approximately 30,000 assets annually through all stages of the production and post-production life cycle, always tailoring communication and bringing solutions/opportunities
- Ensures accurate tracking, labeling, and archiving of digital assets
- Takes detailed notes from meetings and sends clear and concise recaps and next steps to teams involved
- Reviews site after product launches for any inconsistencies and keeps track of the weekly site callout logs for any creative operation needs
- Handles all internal image servicing special requests
Production Responsibilities:
- Assists Production Manager in the scheduling of ecommerce shoots at Accenture Song Studios, managing model and freelance crew holds and confirmations
- Coordinates with key players in the retail departments to ensure that product needs and deadlines are being met
- Facilitates the tracking of approximately 7,000 samples per year with other department coordinators to confirm the products arrive and leave the studio as needed
- Collaborates with the Digital Asset Manager and Production Manager to manage the orderly flow of creative e-commerce shoots from initial scoping and development to delivery and production of final assets
- Supports Production Manager in seasonal video shoots
You’ll Need to Have
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to work in NYC office
- Ability to work well to meet deadlines in fast-paced environment
- Highly organized and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Strong data management skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills are a must
- Production knowledge/experience is a plus
- Experience with Excel is a must
- Knowledge of Smartsheet, Photoshop, Adobe Dynamic Media, Wrike or Akeneo is a plus
