WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
As our Social Media Content + Community Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing engaging and visually appealing content for our various social media platforms, posting management, and engaging and growing our community. Your primary goal will be to promote our products with the intent to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and ultimately drive sales. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with our brand's values and resonates with our target audience.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Content Creation: Manage the creation, sourcing, and editing of high-quality, visually appealing social media content that highlights our skincare products, their benefits, and our brand values for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Content will be for both organic and paid channels.
- Content Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a content calendar that aligns with our brand's objectives, product launches, and industry trends.
- Day-to-Day Engagement: Handle daily activities across social channels, including scheduling posts, community engagement, and responding to inquiries.
- Founder Social: Concept and maintain the founders’ social media channels, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and goals
- Brand Voice: Maintain consistency in brand messaging and ensure all content adheres to our brand guidelines, voice, and aesthetic.
- Trend and Industry Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms, proposing innovative strategies and content ideas.
- Analytics and Reporting: Regularly analyze social media metrics, track content performance, and provide reports to the marketing team, identifying areas of improvement and suggesting actionable insights.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous Experience: Proven experience in creating engaging social media content for skincare, beauty, or related industries. Previous experience in clean beauty or natural skincare is a plus.
- Creativity: Demonstrated ability to develop unique and visually appealing content that aligns with brand values and resonates with target audiences.
- Knowledge of Social Media Platforms: Proficiency in managing various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest. Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and analytics platforms is a plus.
- Photography and Videography Skills: Basic skills in photography, photo editing, and video creation to produce high-quality content. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or other relevant software is preferred.
- Copywriting Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive captions and copy.
- Brand Awareness: Knowledge of the clean skincare industry, trends, and sustainable and ethical practices.
- Organization and Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Passion for Skincare: A genuine interest in skincare and clean beauty, with knowledge of ingredients, trends, and the ability to articulate the benefits of our products.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
