Key Responsibilities
- Drive the development and evaluation of loyalty rewards and membership programs to enhance customer retention.
- Formulate and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with corporate objectives and market trends.
- Establish and implement systems for lead generation across multiple channels, including social media and community events.
- Partner with the sales manager to establish and meet ambitious revenue targets.
- Recruit, mentor, and inspire high-performing sales teams, promoting a culture focused on excellence and results.
- Lead B2B and B2C sales initiatives to achieve or surpass established revenue goals while broadening market share.
- Cultivate and maintain essential customer relationships, negotiate contracts, and pinpoint upselling opportunities.
- Optimize sales processes and tools to enhance productivity and ensure precise revenue forecasts.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across marketing, product development, and customer success.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify differentiation opportunities.
- Work alongside the Finance team to deliver accurate revenue reporting.
- Design and implement training programs to equip the sales team for effective customer engagement and deal closure.
Required Skills
- Proven track record in sales leadership roles, ideally as a VP of Marketing or VP of Sales.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a talent for inspiring sales teams to achieve outstanding results.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities with a data-informed approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at relationship-building and negotiation.
- Familiarity with sales operations and CRM systems; experience with Triple Seat, Toast, and HubSpot is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adjust to evolving market conditions.
Qualifications
- Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial, though substantial experience and success are paramount.
