Job Description
The Manager, Global Influencer Marketing will lead ILIA’s global paid and organic influencer strategies across all platforms, including but not limited to, TikTok, Meta, and YouTube. This role is global in scope, and will work in both an advisory and executionary capacity for ILIA’s agency partners worldwide.

hybrid and open to candidates based in Los Angeles, CA.
Responsibilities
Influencer Management
- Develop and implement US and global influencer marketing strategies (earned, owned, paid) for various influencer tiers across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Align influencer marketing with brand objectives and marketing campaigns, supporting both newness and core.
- Create retail-driving influencer programs for effective paid and organic support in partnership with the Retail Marketing team .
- Oversee performance partner and affiliate marketing in collaboration with the Digital and PR teams.
- Partner with international PR agencies to identify and coordinate local influencers in each market.
Product Gifting
- Develop creative gifting concepts and coordinate execution with Operations and Creative teams, as well as external agencies.
Contract Management
- Negotiate contracts with influencers, influencer agencies and/or analytical platforms.
Budget & Forecasting
- Manage US + International Influencer budgets to meet business goals.
- Own product forecasting for full the Influencer + Social team, collaborating cross functionally to ensure all gratis product forecasts are captured across newness and core.
Agency Management
- Oversee relationships with influencer agencies, ensuring clear direction and seamless execution.
- Support Global PR and celebrity agencies in partnership with the PR + VIP team.
Reporting
- Provide monthly reports on key wins and learnings for leadership presentations.
- Maintain strong relationships with the creator and agency community.
- Identify trends and opportunities in influencer marketing to stay competitive.
Job requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in influencer and talent marketing, beauty experience preferred
- Keen passion and interest in marketing and beauty, social media and culture
- Strong passion for building relationships and cultivating community
- Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills
- Drive to innovate and push boundaries, constantly seeking new ways to engage our community and push brand across multiple touchpoints
- Creative, problem-solver who is self-motivated and resourceful with a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to flourish in a fast-paced environment with an entrepreneurial and proactive spirit
- Experience working with or managing multiple agencies—global experience is a plus.

- This is the anticipated salary range for this position. The actual salary offered will carefully consider a few factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
