The LinkedIn Sales Solutions Marketing Team is looking for a Senior Manager - Integrated Marketing to lead our customer value content initiatives. This role will be the voice of the customer for the marketing organization. This role is a fantastic opportunity to drive impact for the business and customers alike. In this role, you will engage directly with customers and sales professionals to tell Sales Navigator’s value story.
This is a multi-disciplinary role that requires an individual to be comfortable being a creative storyteller, strategic thinker, and product expert. The successful candidate will need to be tenacious and open, creative and analytical, and able to think at scale and the individual level. The right person thrives working cross-functionally and is passionate about telling customer stories in a creative and thoughtful way.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead the global case study strategy for the LSS organization including defining a prioritization framework, KPIs and an operational model.
- Source and launch impactful customer stories through traditional case studies, events and short form testimonials.
- Define, create and execute on Sales Navigator value content franchises
- Build, execute, and report on a measurement plan to understand impact of customer stories and value content on moving the needle on consideration for Sales Navigator
- Identify opportunities to showcase customer stories in a creative way
- Champion customer voices for the LSS and broader marketing organization
- Partner closely with x-functional teams within LSS to ensure customer stories are embedded throughout the organization and programs
- Manage external customer relationships + be the internal champion with sales teams to capture the right stories
- Oversee a content agency, including project management of deliverables and reports
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of Marketing Experience
- 3+ years experience working in content marketing, integrated marketing, lifecycle marketing or product marketing
- BA/BS degree or related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with global teams and understanding of cultural and operational market nuances
- Able to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and high expectations for quality
- Comfortable in measuring and interpreting data-driven performance & metrics
- Ability to think strategically and make recommendations
- Hungry to learn, problem-solve and make an impact on the organization and its performance
- Excellent copy-writing and editing skills
- Ability to develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships at all levels
- Must be able to work at a quick pace and multi-task efficiently
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt plans through change
- Capable of connecting the dots at a high level, comfortable identifying and solving problems while maintaining forward progress

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $121,000 to $188,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
