We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and organized individual to join our team as an Office Manager/Marketing Coordinator. The ideal candidate will excel in office operations and logistics while overseeing marketing efforts to enhance our company’s presence and internal operations.
Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth functioning, including office supply management and vendor coordination.
• Organize meetings, events, and internal company gatherings, ensuring efficient scheduling and logistics.
• Provide administrative support to the leadership team and other departments.
• Role may occasionally involve providing administrative and personal assistance to the principal and his family as needed, ensuring seamless support in both professional and minor personal tasks.
• Maintain records, handle correspondence, and support travel planning and expense management.
• Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications.
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives aligned with the company’s strategy, including digital campaigns and newsletters.
• Manage social media platforms, update content on the company website, and monitor brand presence.
• Coordinate the preparation of promotional materials, presentations, and email marketing campaigns.
• Work with external vendors and consultants on marketing-related activities.
• Assist in planning and promoting events that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Qualifications
• Strong desire to solve problems head-on and anticipate future needs of the firm.
• Experience in office management or marketing coordination, preferably within a corporate or professional services environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Canva, or social media management platforms).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
