Activation Marketing Specialist (Contract)

Job description:
Our client (a Fortune 500 manufacturing corporation) is seeking an Activation Marketer for its Specified Construction Portfolios in the Industrial Specialty Division. A successful candidate will make an impact by coordinating awareness, demand generation and lead generation programs, coordinating association and tradeshow engagement, facilitating content health initiatives, and engaging in activation marketing process improvement projects to drive growth.
Key Metrics
Organic media, association and tradeshow engagement, ROI, content health improvement, architect program lead generation metrics.
Main Responsibilities
– Manage organic digital marketing and customer education tactics (email and webinar) to drive awareness of overall market presence, key product differentiators, engagement opportunities, and new product introductions.
– Ensure optimal product content health on digital platforms and distributor websites.
– Enable the channel key account sales team has an effective MDF program and that all of their content needs are met.
– Collaborate with events manager to facilitate tradeshow and event presence.
– Optimize association engagement.
– Generate architect and specifier leads to drive sales pipeline.
– Support activation marketing program health initiatives as needed.

– Ability to track and communicate project details for planning execution and performance of projects.
– Ability to drive projects forward to completion to meet deadlines by collaborating across teams, taking initiative, and problem solving.
– Knowledge of marketing communications best practices
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to take initiative as needed, adapt to changing resources and deadlines, and – -flexibility to shift focus easily as needed.
– Experience planning and facilitating event booths.
– Experience with digital marketing platforms
– Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, or a similar degree
– Two-five years experience working in a complex matrix corporate setting.
