About the Role
As a Brand Marketing Coordinator, reporting to our VP of Brand Marketing, you will be an integral part of our Marketing team. You will support all brand activities and development for JPMS portfolio of brands (focusing on our wet lines), taking product(s) and campaign(s) from ideation to execution to post launch performance reviews. This is a hybrid position and will work out of our office in Century City 3x per week.
What You will Do:
New Product Support
- Assist JPMS brand leads with new product development process
- Maintain new product development (NPD) ideation log
- Set up new product profile reviews, facilitate cross functional approvals and set up kick off meetings
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights
- Distribute and gather Research & Development (R&D) formula submissions; collect feedback on those submission
Product Lifecycle Marketing
- Assist in managing launches/branded campaigns
- Coordinate go-to-market kick-offs with JPMS cross-functional teams
- Coordinate the development of JPMS marketing collaterals; ensure that all materials are up-to-date and aligned with the respective JPMS brand guidelines
- Organize and manage workflow for post launch performances with Brand Marketing leads
- Create brand specific presentations, as needed
Administrative Brand Marketing
- Assist with special projects and administrative tasks, as needed
- Assist with the management of key projects for the Brand Marketing team as assigned by brand leads, ensuring all deadlines are met and projects are completed
- Work closely and efficiently with multiple Marketing department leaders to keep them well informed
- Maintain internal Brand Marketing filing system
- Create JPMS multi-brand PPT (new and existing)
- Organize the marketing department cultural activities and team building events
- Organize and coordinate participation in industry trade shows, conferences, and other events
- Help process consumer insights subscriptions
- Bring creative concepts and new thinking to the marketing team

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required
- Previous experience with Canva preferred
- Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, and solutions oriented
- Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate ideas, issues, and opportunities effectively
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Education:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
Experience:
- 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the beauty industry
Competitive Compensation:
- The expected base hourly range for this position is $31.25/hr-$36.06/hr. The exact hourly rate is determined by various factors including geographic location, experience, skills, and education.
- Discretionary Bonus Plan: This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan, based on personal performance and company results.
