Job Description
As the Customer Marketing Manager at PG Forsta, you will be responsible for developing content and executing marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, retention, and advocacy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success, to create compelling content and marketing campaigns that highlight the value of our solutions to current customers. Your efforts will be critical in fostering strong relationships with our customer base, enhancing their experience, and promoting customer loyalty.
This is a hybrid position requiring three days a week (Tues., Wed., Thurs.) in our Chicago office.
What you'll be doing:
- Content Development: Create targeted marketing materials, such as case studies, white papers, testimonials, newsletters, and blogs, that highlight customer success stories and product benefits.
- Customer Engagement Campaigns: Design and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, events, webinars, and content marketing, to engage and educate customers about our products and services.
- Advocacy Programs: Support customer advocacy programs, including reference programs, customer advisory boards, and the client awards program, to build a community of enthusiastic brand advocates.
- Collaboration with Marketing team, Sales and Customer Success: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, and to ensure consistent messaging and alignment in customer communications.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track and measure the effectiveness of customer marketing initiatives. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance, customer engagement, and ROI.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the healthcare technology industry.
- Skills: Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems. Attention to detail/quality control.
- Copy writing: Ability to create content, including copy writing and proofing, and work with our creative team to place into layout.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze customer data and campaign performance metrics to make data-driven decisions.
- Customer-Centric: Passionate about understanding customer needs and creating exceptional customer experiences.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Team Player: Collaborative and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creativity: Innovative and creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging marketing content and campaigns.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus or commission tied to achieved results.
