About The Role
We're looking for a collaborative and enthusiastic Growth Marketing Analyst to join our Growth Strategy team. Reporting to the Growth Strategy Manager, this role will be instrumental in driving our testing initiatives across acquisition channels, with responsibilities that include campaign analysis, test management, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize our growth strategy. The Growth Marketing Analyst will support the design and execution of testing frameworks, monitor key metrics, and help diversify and expand our acquisition channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Support testing initiatives across acquisition channels by conducting campaign analysis to identify growth opportunities and enhance channel diversity.
- Collaborate with the Growth Strategy Manager to create a structured framework for evaluating and sizing new opportunities, enabling informed decisions on which initiatives to prioritize.
- Source and maintain a comprehensive list of test ideas, ensuring a steady pipeline of new testing opportunities.
- Oversee end-to-end processes for prioritized tests, including planning, resource coordination (e.g., contracting, collateral development), execution, and monitoring.
- Track and analyze key testing metrics, such as cost per lead (CPL), cost per qualified lead (CPQ), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV), providing regular performance on updates and actionable recommendations for optimizing future tests.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Data Science, Sales, Growth Strategy, and Growth Product) to ensure efficient setup, execution, and optimization of tests.
- Monitor the health of testing cohorts to evaluate the long-term performance and viability of acquisition channels.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, private equity, consulting, digital marketing, growth marketing, or data analytics, including strong internship experience
- Proficiency with Excel and Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify key themes, and generate actionable insights
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify process gaps and develop solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment, with a willingness to learn quickly
Strongly Preferred
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end project management
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Omni, Metabase, Looker, or Tableau
Compensation
Compensation range for this role is $80-$95k+ equity. Other benefits include:
