Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement diverse marketing initiatives across sales engagement, events, digital media, and public relations, specifically targeting Independent Broker Dealers (IBDs).
- Work closely with Sales to create high-impact content and strategies that empower the sales team.
- Craft a marketing segmentation approach driven by data, utilizing both third-party and internal data to design targeted marketing journeys that yield quality leads.
- Foster customer loyalty through programs emphasizing thought leadership and engagement.
- Build expertise in the IBD market landscape, understanding data providers, and establishing partnerships for third-party marketing.
- Lead product launch campaigns that align with broader marketing objectives.
- Set clear, measurable goals for marketing, regularly report on campaign performance and sales influence, and adjust strategies based on industry trends and competitive analysis.
- Act as a main marketing liaison for IBD sales leaders.
- Partner with the digital, editorial, and product marketing teams to tailor deliverables that connect with the target audience, ensuring compliance with regional standards.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Over 8 years of marketing experience, ideally within the financial services industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong background in data analytics and digital marketing.
- Skilled in utilizing a range of marketing technologies.
- Ability to convey complex financial topics through compelling marketing narratives.
- Experience in the retail, intermediary, or IBD channels is a plus.
- Excellent project management and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of alternative investment strategies across public and private markets is advantageous.
- Enthusiastic about working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting and contributing to best practices.
- Proven success in building and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
