Key Responsibilities:
- Support development of annual content and marketing calendars in partnership with Integrated Marketing team
- Execute monthly social media calendars across all organic social channels for Inkbox, Tattly & BodyMark brands
- Partner closely with the Creative team for best-in-class assets to support seasonal campaigns, launches and activations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, E-commerce, Digital Merchandising & Sales) for always-on organic social support for DTC, Amazon and retailer channels
- Own social listening by identifying trends and insights to support category awareness, partnering with Insights team to consolidate into actionable reports
- Contribute to ongoing monthly and quarterly social media reports across all organic channels
- Suggest and implement new platform features to support brand and category awareness and elevate our social presence across channels (i.e. shoppability)
- Stay on top of the latest social media industry and pop culture/Internet trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years' relevant experience in social media marketing
- Experience using social media scheduling tools (Later, Hootsuite)
- Experience using social listening tools (Talkwalker, Brandwatch)
- Excellent verbal, communication and writing skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong project management skills
- Up to date on pop culture and Internet culture
