Summary
As Marketing Strategist, you’ll have a critical role in supporting and executing various marketing initiatives to drive growth. With exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and excellent communication skills, you'll partner with other members of the marketing team along with product, sales, and customer success to support go-to-market efforts. From digital marketing to content creation, product marketing to brand positioning, this is an exciting role that will offer the opportunity to make a daily impact on our business goals.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Work with marketing and other key stakeholders to execute our overall marketing strategy, targeting key customer segments, and identifying high-impact marketing opportunities
- Plan, execute, optimize, and measure multi-channel marketing campaigns (including digital, content, social media, and email marketing) to drive lead generation and customer acquisition
- Collaborate with internal resources to create high-volume engaging long and short form content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and social media posts
- Support and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic, while managing SEO campaigns to generate leads
- Support Product Marketing objectives to help shape the brand positioning and value proposition that resonates with target audiences
- Track and analyze performance of GTM initiatives, providing regular reports on key metrics such as customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, and market penetration
We’ll be excited if you have
- Bachelors degree
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing generalist role focused on go-to-market, product marketing, or sales enablement, preferably in a SaaS startup environment
- Excellent communication skills (reading, writing, presenting)
- Strong analytical skills to assess market data and provide insights but also creative and innovative in devising creative solutions
- Familiarity with marketing tools (hubspot, salesforce, Monday, smartsheets)
- Thrives in a scrappy startup environment with a team-first approach
As a hybrid office-centric company, we are looking for candidates in the Bay Area. Candidates outside the location are encouraged to apply though must be willing to relocate.
The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role: The estimated pay range for this role is USD$65,000-75,000. Other factors that impact compensation may include stock options. The posted pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the compensation for this position and is subject to change based on business need. To determine a successful candidate’s starting pay, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, an evaluation of the candidate’s skills and experience, market demands, and internal parity.
