As a Growth Marketer you will be on a team of channel experts who are focused on martech. We ask that you bring your paid media skills along with an interest in other areas of martech craft (such as: analytics, data tracking, search, SEO). In other words, we don’t believe in silos.
What you’ll do:- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including, but not limited to: Facebook/Instagram, Google, Shopify, etc.
- Analyze campaign and full-funnel performance
- Share reporting on campaign performance with clients
- Identify and execute on performance optimization strategies
- Stay up to date on industry trends, platforms, and tools
- Provide recommendations to clients on tech stack, marketing channels, audience-building and benchmarks.
- Build media plans and collaborate on the development of media strategies
Who you are:- You have 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, analytics or consulting. Entrepreneurial background preferred.
- You have media buying experience with proven success managing paid social campaigns.
- You love to analyze data to develop, validate, and refine ideas.
- You’re curious about how systems work and enjoy solving complex problems.
- You’re willing to learn new things on the job, and to give and receive feedback.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, cross-functional and hybrid environment.

Perks and BenefitsThe Essentials- Competitive Base Salary: We are competitive and transparent about our pay bands. Your base salary offer will be determined by your career experience and skill level demonstrated throughout the interview process.
- Mid-Level Growth Marketer: $65,000 - $105,000 with a midpoint of $85,000
- Profit Sharing: Additionally, target variable compensation for team members based on seniority are:
- Mid-Level Growth Marketer: 5-10% (that is $3,250 - $10,500 on top of the base salary)

- Flexible WFH Policy: For this role, we are looking for candidates exclusively in NY or LA; however, we are generally flexible about where the team works. Our NY and LA-based team members work from the local office at least 1 day a week (typically Thursdays).
- Responsible PTO Policy: In addition to US holidays, we are flexible and collaborative about planning and taking time off.
- Family Leave: We offer 3 months of paid family leave for birthing parents and 2 months for non-birthing parents. All parents can choose to take additional time off.

- Office Office: We have IRL office spaces in NY and LA (as well as Amsterdam, Sydney, and London). Our team is expected to work from the NY and LA offices at least 1 day a week.

- This is a full-time opportunity with a preference for individuals living in the New York and Los Angeles Metropolitan Areas.
- Travel may be required both locally and domestically. This will be less than 25% of total work time.
