Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging content and tools that equip sales teams and Practice Leaders to meet their goals and enhance client engagement.
- Create high-quality content that positions our brand as a thought leader in fractional Finance and HR services.
- Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel demand generation campaigns, utilizing platforms such as email, social media, video, eBooks, webinars, and podcasts.
- Design and implement targeted email campaigns for prospecting, events, and client engagement.
- Leverage strategic partnerships to expand campaign reach and effectiveness.
- Coordinate logistics for both virtual and in-person events, ensuring seamless execution.
- Lead virtual events, including webinars and panel discussions, to drive client engagement and showcase our expertise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with company objectives and regional targets.
- Utilize HubSpot for campaign tracking, reporting, and optimization based on performance data.
- Stay updated on market trends and emerging digital tools to continuously enhance our marketing strategies.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and freelance talent.
Required Skills
- Extensive experience in content marketing with a proven track record of generating high-quality, lead-driving content.
- Proficient in creating and managing digital campaigns across multiple channels, such as email and social media.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling ability, with a portfolio showcasing clear, engaging, and persuasive content.
- A collaborative team player who excels at building strong relationships with various stakeholders.
- Highly organized, adept at managing a comprehensive content calendar and prioritizing tasks effectively.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or demand generation.
- Experience in professional services or consulting is preferred.
- HubSpot proficiency is required.

Compensation And Benefits
- Salary: \(80,000 - \)100,000 base, plus bonus.
- Benefits include PTO, medical, dental, vision, HSA match (depending on plan), 401(k), and a cell phone stipend.
