The Retail Marketing team focuses on the development of a full range of omni-channel marketing programs to bring Paramount’s iconic IP to life for Consumer Products across North American retailers! The role will have a hand in many aspects of marketing programs for top retail partners including ideation, execution, asset development, project management, timelines, organization, and presentation development.
Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day management of marketing campaigns for various key retail accounts
- Support Managers and Directors on all elements of marketing execution including in-store, digital, social and experiential activations including:
- Coordination of all samples, imagery and priority product lists required for marketing creative development
- Assist with creation and submission of creative briefs and managing the process with creative resources and external digital and social agencies.
- Brief and manage creative schedules for all in-store, display, social, experiential creative development
- Route all creative for approval to both internal and external stakeholders and manage respective budgets
- Route all 3rd party marketing collateral (e.g. Retailers, Licensees etc.) through internal routing processes
- Manage status documents and materials required for meetings.
- Provide support for E-Commerce brand store site merchandising and digital asset execution as required
- Support the development of pitch materials including property updates and marketing program summaries.
- Coordinate with Franchise Marketing teams to obtain the latest franchise updates and launches.
- Maintain Retail Marketing calendars across assigned retail accounts and properties.
- Create promotional recaps, inclusive of all marketing elements and results for each campaign.
- Day-to-day budget management including rasing PO’s, invoicing, maintaining budget documents and trackers across retail accounts
- Assist on special/other projects as needed.
- Provide support on competitive landscape analysis reflecting retail, marketing and consumer focuses
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Business or Marketing concentration preferred)
- 1-2 years experience in Marketing or Retail Sales (Strong internship experience considered)
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with digital marketing is preferred
- Experience in creative programs such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus

- Fluent in social media/influencer marketing
- Experience/knowledge of Consumer Products business and/or retail landscape preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills

Additional Information
Hiring Salary Range: $50,000.00 - 60,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
