WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
- Content Marketing: Create and manage digital content across various platforms, including blog posts, infographics, whitepapers, newsletters, and social media, ensuring alignment with our brand strategy and core values.
- Social Media Management: Oversee social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) by developing creative, engaging posts that keep our brand competitive and relevant.
- Reporting and Presentations: Assist in preparing reports on key marketing metrics, such as campaign performance and client engagement and activity in Strategic Annual Business Review presents, and create weekly internal presentations like Town Halls and Quarterly Rallies.
- Campaign Execution: Execute email campaigns, automation efforts, and content distribution strategies, ensuring all content supports broader business goals.
- Event and Sponsorship Support: Contribute to the planning, promotion, and execution of both internal and external events, collaborating with event representatives and assisting with materials such as digital ads, swag, and event collateral.
- Brand Standards and Materials: Help maintain and update our brand from both a visual and messaging perspective across marketing materials, working with external vendors as needed to ensure consistency and quality in visual identity and messaging.
- Photography and Media Management: Support company photography needs for new hires, internal events, and contractor highlights, ensuring our brand reflects the “human” element of AccruePartners.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in B2B or professional services industries.
- Experience in content marketing, including blog posts, infographics, and social media content creation.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with a keen attention to detail and creative quality control.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, social media management platforms (Hootsuite), and basic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is highly preferred
- Excellent writing and communication skills with a focus on brand consistency and audience engagement.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a creative and strategic outlook.
- A collaborative mindset, able to partner effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
