Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced
Senior Outbound Growth Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This role will focus on driving targeted outbound demand generation efforts in close partnership with our sales team. The Senior Outbound Growth Marketing Manager will design and execute tailored campaigns that engage high-value accounts, increase pipeline, and accelerate revenue growth. This role is ideal for a marketer who thrives on aligning strategy with execution, optimizing outreach campaigns, and driving measurable business impact.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales to identify, prioritize, and target high-value accounts based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Develop and execute personalized outbound campaigns tailored to specific accounts and buyer personas
- Manage cold email campaigns using tools like Smartlead and HubSpot, focusing on optimization for engagement and conversions
- Partner with sales to create and execute personalized outreach strategies, integrating email, messaging sequences, and sales collateral
- Design templates, messaging, and enablement materials to support outbound sales efforts
- Collaborate with content, design, and demand generation teams to align messaging and ensure cohesive execution across campaigns
- Track and analyze outbound campaign performance, reporting insights and recommendations to key stakeholders
- Continuously test, refine, and improve outbound processes, tools, and strategies to maximize efficiency and impact
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, focusing on outbound demand generation, ABM, or sales enablement
- Proven success in designing and executing outbound campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth, particularly in enterprise or high-value account environments
- Hands-on experience with tools like Smartlead, HubSpot, or similar platforms, with knowledge of email deliverability best practices
- Exceptional messaging and copywriting skills, capable of crafting tailored outreach content that resonates with technical and business decision-makers
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing alignment and experience collaborating with sales teams to achieve shared goals
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on tracking, reporting, and optimizing campaign performance
- Familiarity with ICP development, sales collateral creation, and account-targeting strategies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS, IT, or security industries targeting enterprise buyers or technical audiences
- Familiarity with ABM frameworks and tools such as 6sense, Demandbase, or Terminus
- Expertise in cold email campaign performance analysis and optimization
Compensation
- $120k-$150k expected base salary*
- Pursuant to various state laws, we must display the pay range for this job. Since we are willing to hire within a broad spectrum of qualifications, we also reflect a broad pay range. The expected base salary range that we are targeting for this position can be adjusted up or down based on individual qualifications. Individual salary is determined by qualifications, role, level and location
