OverviewThis is a hybrid role with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office.
This position is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote and sell the Bank's products and services. Conduct market research, analyze customer insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define target audiences, positioning, and messaging. Create marketing plans, launch new products, and monitor and evaluate campaign performance. Work closely with sales, product management, and marketing teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of marketing efforts with business goals.
ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy: Serve as Marketing SME for priority products, partnering with stakeholders to develop the overall strategy and needed budget. Integrate segment strategies and plans. Develop multi-channel product strategies to support new product launches, aid in product penetration and adoption goals while adhering to risk management standards.
Market Research: Evaluate and leverage competitive analysis, client research, behavioral and win/loss data to understand clients’ product motivations and goals. Translate those insights into compelling stories, case studies and messaging that moves clients through the buying process.
Relationship Management: Partner with COE’s to understand client needs to build a strategy and framework that promotes each business unit’s products and drive client satisfaction, success and NPS.
Reporting & Analytics: Regularly share performance on progress against the business unit’s objectives with the business on an ongoing basis. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to achieve key marketing and business goals.
QualificationsBachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Product Marketing or Marketing OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Product Marketing or Marketing
Additional requirements: 2+ years in product marketing or 5+ years marketing

Experience in Financial Services Industry, Marketing Strategy, Market Research
Preferred Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or Communication
The base pay for this position is generally between $106,295 and $180,000. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
