By leveraging their knowledge both, marketing and technology, the Business Marketing Technology team is able to develop and implement cutting-edge solutions that help the organization stay ahead of the competition.
We are searching for a Marketing Technology Manager who will help drive the advancement and execution of marketing technology transformation efforts, working closely with Marketing, Engineering, Data Science and Operations teams. An interest in marketing AND technology and knowledge in the data, platforms, and processes we use to deliver marketing are key to this role. The Marketing Technology Manager will help evolve marketing efforts while also supporting the challenges of today, balancing tactical and holistic approaches to problem solving and issue resolution. This role will be responsible for implementing processes that address the following; overall platform governance across our internal partner users, monitors health of campaign audience reach, and identifies/triages platform issues as they arise with internal engineering teams and our third partner vendor support teams.
The role will involve collaboration and communications with technical & non-technical audiences, 3rd party marketing platform support teams, and familiarity with marketing campaigns via online channels such as Email, Ads, and in-product notifications.
Marketing Technology Manager, Business Marketing Responsibilities
Lead governance initiatives that drive to understand platform health, reliability, and business performance that can integrate into Meta internal tools & systems
Source, prioritize and execute ideas that improve visibility into the platform performance to inform business stakeholders on marketing initiatives related to audience reach and channel performance
Identify and solution to inefficiencies or gaps within the platform around monitoring, issue resolution, and audience reach performance
Develop and maintain a platform triaging framework that partners with technical and non-technical teams for fast issue identification and resolution to minimize business impact
Drive change management and martech education of governance and triaging processes across the organization
Support MarTech transformation efforts driving solutions, requirements and identifying use cases.
Work in a fast-paced, often ambiguous and cross-functional environment to do all of the above
Minimum Qualifications
4+ years experience with product management or marketing/advertising technology
Experience working directly with Marketing, Product, Engineering and Operations teams to provide business cases & requirements
Experience in implementing platform monitoring, triaging and governance frameworks for enterprise marketing solutions
Experience with an enterprise-scale sales or marketing automation platform (Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, Marketo, Adobe Marketing Cloud, etc.), specifically with partner support teams and their processes
Experience with digital marketing channels (Email, Facebook Ads, Display, Onsite Merchandising, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with business marketing
Quantitative analytical experience
Experience working with 3rd party vendor support
Experience Salesforces Marketing & CRM technologies
Experience working closely with privacy teams
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in digital marketing
