Virtual Incentives is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Marketing Associate to support our Marketing department across various channels. This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious, eager to learn, and looking to gain additional hands-on Marketing experience while expanding their exposure to the full lifecycle marketing.

Please note: This is not a role focused on marketing design, social media management, or specialized digital marketing. Instead, this position encompasses a holistic approach to marketing, emphasizing communications, logistical coordination, and collaboration across various channels.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
Events
- Supports the planning and execution of trade shows, special events, and conferences to showcase products and amplify messaging, while ensuring all details are managed effectively including tradeshow presence, promotional materials, timelines and event logistics
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth execution of event logistics.
- Handle post-event follow-ups to maximize ROI
Communications
- Collaborate with the Director on internal and external company communications.
- Assist in creating and executing email drip campaigns and targeted client communications.
- Help facilitate internal learning seminars and webinars.
- Maintain and organize marketing collateral and assets for internal use.
Content Planning & Management
- Partner with external designers and vendors to assist in producing high-quality content
- Help manage the content calendar, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Support LinkedIn post management, including scheduling posts, engaging with posts,and monitoring engagement.
- Assist in managing LinkedIn advertising campaigns in alignment with company goals.
Marketing Operations
- Assist the Director in day-to-day marketing operations to ensure smooth execution across all channels (example: maintaining and updating our marketing PM systems such as Monday.com)
- Help maintain and organize our Hubspot marketing database, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
- Support campaign tracking, reporting, and analysis to measure performance and inform improvements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and meet project deadlines.
- Assist in the setup and management of marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, email software).
- Ensure consistency and quality across all marketing materials and processes.

Requirements:
- 2-3 years of relevant marketing experience (can be internship experience), with some exposure to full lifecycle marketing initiatives
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Canva).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with a creative edge.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field or equivalent work experience
