We Are Looking For Someone Like You
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be a vital member of Murphy’s work acquisition team. You will help build our company’s portfolio by working closely with our work acquisition team to complete pre-qualifications, develop proposals and presentation materials. In addition to working with the work acquisition team, you will plan all employee and customer events, manage, and help with our Social Media Marketing.
Your Day-to-Day at Murphy Company
- Create Proposals and presentations using InDesign software
- Manage the pre-qualification process by collecting all requested information from the appropriate resources and develop content for the proposal to meet deadlines in the RFP.
- Manage project proposal and pre-qualification database.
- Manage Salesforce CRM software
- Manage customer survey process
- Manage company social media accounts
- Event planning including, customer appreciation events, employee appreciation events, and community service events
- Develop messaging and design of internal communication
Bring Your A-Game!
Our ideal candidate should possess the following traits:
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of marketing experience. Experience in mechanical or construction fields is a bonus
- Possess strong writing and communication skills
- Experience in developing and creating technical documents
- Skilled in InDesign Software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Salesforce
- Ability to work within all levels of management and meet deadlines
