The Position
A passionate leader, you’ll confidently bring inspiration, ideas and solutions to the table, working your magic across everything from visual identities, packaging, type and positioning to brand voice, illustration and beyond.
With your high-level thinking, 360 approach and excellent design philosophy, you’ll utilize your thorough knowledge to change the way a brand works, looks and is received by consumers.
A natural problem solver, you’ll get well and truly stuck into the creative process - always taking the time to understand each client’s needs by putting your keen eye for detail and effective collaboration skills to good use.
What We’re Looking For
Energetic, positive and innovative, you’re a creative leader with 10+ years of experience in an agency environment - and you’re well and truly at the absolute top of your game!
You’ll have the long-term vision and creative know-how to constantly deliver work that has real industry impact and a portfolio to back it up - we want to see packaging examples, as well as big rebrand experiences for global brands plus some big CPG brand identity projects. Any illustration, digital, motion or luxury work would be a definite bonus, too.
We’re after someone who prides themselves on their communication and people skills, someone who has managed innovative campaigns and led successful teams before - show us you’re a Creative Director who can take an idea and run with it, and you’ll be onto a winner.
