About the Role
Bordeaux & Burgundy is looking for a Head of Creative to lead and grow our creative function, delivering exceptional, results-driven work for our B2B SaaS clients. In this leadership role, you will take charge of ideation, creative direction, and pitching bold campaigns that capture attention and deliver measurable impact. Overseeing both design and copy, you will ensure all creative outputs are on-brand, forward-thinking, and aligned with client objectives
You will build and lead a high-performing creative team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. As a senior member of the agency, you will work closely with internal teams, senior leadership, and external clients to drive creative strategies that deliver real business results
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in creative leadership, a passion for marketing, and the ability to balance big-picture creative direction with hands-on execution when required.
Responsibilities
Creative Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and drive the creative vision, ensuring alignment with clients' marketing goals and broader agency strategies
- Take ownership of ideation and execution across design, copy, and creative campaigns
- Lead the development and delivery of standout, results-driven creative pitches, presenting bold ideas and campaigns to both existing and prospective clients
- Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to the growing creative team
Leading a Team
- Coach, develop and where applicable, hire, a team of designers, copywriters, and creative specialists
- Implement efficient workflows, tools, and processes to optimize team performance and scalability
- Foster a collaborative and proactive creative culture that thrives on innovation and accountability
Client & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Serve as the senior creative point of contact for clients, leading creative discussions and presenting strategies that align with business objectives
- Work closely with internal stakeholders—marketing, strategy, and leadership—to ensure seamless alignment and delivery of campaigns
Creative Execution
- Oversee the development of assets across platforms, including digital campaigns, OOH, presentations and more
- Ensure high-quality, on-brand creative outputs that meet client expectations and drive results
- Maintain a proactive approach to solving creative challenges and implementing efficiencies
Innovation & Trends
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, tools, and innovations to keep creative work fresh, competitive, and forward-thinking
About You
Experience
- 8+ years in creative leadership roles, with proven experience in B2B marketing or marketing agencies (SaaS experience is a plus)
- Proven experience managing teams across design, copy, and multi-platform creative outputs
Skills:
- Exceptional understanding of marketing, B2B marketing strategies and ideally SaaS client needs
- A strong conceptual thinker who can translate briefs into clear creative strategies
- Hands-on proficiency in creative tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative) and familiarity with digital marketing platforms
- Ability to communicate and present creative ideas confidently to clients and stakeholders
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities

- Deep knowledge of creative tools, workflows, and industry best practices
