This global company, headquartered in Ireland, has developed a SaaS knowledge platform that enables customers to manage their compliance, regulatory, and risk needs in one place. Customers include Apple, Amazon, Bosh, Ikea, and over 250 more. They are leaders in a space that is not yet saturated.
They are in the process of launching a new AI product, and this person will play a major role in its success.
You will be responsible for developing and executing global marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and brand awareness for their SaaS Enterprise B2B (AI-driven) business. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize marketing impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development and Execution
- Develop and execute global marketing strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives, including revenue growth, market expansion, and brand positioning.
Demand Generation
- Lead demand generation initiatives across all marketing channels, including content marketing, email marketing, social media, public relations, and events.
- Measure and analyze marketing performance to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
Brand Management
- Develop and maintain a strong and consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.
- Oversee the development of brand guidelines and ensure adherence to brand standards.
- Manage brand partnerships and sponsorships.
Team Leadership and Management
- Build, manage, and develop a high-performing global marketing team.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to team members.
- Set performance expectations and goals for the team.
Analytics and Measurement
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing success.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns and improve results.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a SaaS or technology company
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful global marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and technologies (Hubspot and SalesLoft etc)
- Experience in guiding a marketing operations team to measure results
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills but must like to roll up the sleeves
- Have had experience with a SaaS product launch
