Overview

We are seeking a beauty industry lover and dynamic creative Social Media Manager and Content Creator to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. This role involves developing engaging content, managing social media channels, and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to connect with our target audience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and digital analytics to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Duties

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals .
Create, curate, and publish compelling content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, tiktok.
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Video editing tools) for designing visual content that enhances branding efforts.
Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to increase organic reach and visibility.
Monitor social listening channels to gauge audience sentiment and identify trending topics relevant to the brand.
Manage social media advertising campaigns .
Analyze web and social media analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Engage with followers through relationship management, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally.
Maintain a content calendar ensuring timely publication of posts aligned with marketing campaigns.
Proofread all content for accuracy, tone, and branding consistency before publishing.

Experience

Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles.
Strong graphic design skills
Demonstrated ability to create engaging multimedia content including photography and video editing.
Familiarity with Facebook Advertising and other paid social media campaigns.
Excellent communication skills with experience in relationship management and public relations strategies.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
