Role Overview

We are hiring a Social Media & Marketing Manager to own and execute marketing across retail locations and real estate assets.

This role supports

Store traffic & promotions
Brand visibility across markets
Real estate marketing (properties, leasing, acquisitions, and credibility)

This is not a “content-only” role — it is a growth and visibility role.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Business Profiles)
Create content for retail brands AND real estate assets (posts, reels, listings, announcements)
Market available properties, leases, acquisitions, and developments
Execute local and regional marketing campaigns
Coordinate with store managers and real estate partners to capture content
Manage and optimize paid ads (Meta / Google – bonus)
Track performance metrics (engagement, leads, inquiries, traffic)
Maintain consistent brand identity across all verticals
Support SMS, email, and WhatsApp campaigns as needed

Requirements

2+ years experience in social media or digital marketing
Experience marketing local businesses or real estate preferred
Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills
Comfortable managing multiple brands and asset types
Organized, proactive, and execution-focused
Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools
Bonus: Paid ads, analytics, listing promotion, or lead tracking experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,465.15 - $51,140.82 per year
