Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Manteca, CA, for a Social Media Marketing Manager. As part of the daily responsibilities, the Social Media Marketing Manager will design, implement, and optimize social media strategies to increase the organization’s online presence and engagement. The role involves creating and curating compelling content, managing social media channels, analyzing performance metrics, and developing campaigns that align with the organization's overall objectives. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor market trends, and adapt strategies to maximize impact.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Social Media Marketing strategy, campaign planning, and execution
  • Content creation skills, including copywriting, editing, and designing engaging posts
  • Data analytics and performance tracking capabilities to assess and optimize social media campaigns
  • Familiarity with digital tools and platforms, including social media management tools, scheduling software, and analytics dashboards
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
  • Knowledge of branding, audience engagement techniques, and emerging social media trends
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience in a business services or BPO-related industry is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
