Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Executive / Community Liaison based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, with flexibility for remote work in the field. The Community Liaison / Marketing Executive will be responsible for fostering relationships with community organizations, facilitating outreach efforts, and promoting awareness of hospice services. Daily tasks include coordinating with community partners, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting families through the home care process. The role requires active collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Community Engagement and Community Outreach
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to develop engaging content, campaigns, and presentations
- Knowledge or experience in Home Care Services
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with diverse groups
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a challenging work environment
- Demonstrated ability in Sales to build relationships and achieve business growth
- Goal-oriented individual with strong organizational and critical thinking skills
- Experience in healthcare or hospice care is a plus
