KEY OBJECTIVES

Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives for Asian markets, leveraging cultural insights to drive brand growth, customer engagement, and business objectives through targeted campaigns, partnerships, and performance optimization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to key Asian markets, aligning with the company’s global vision and objectives.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Campaign & Event Management: Plan and execute marketing and event campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.
• Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing activities.
• Partnerships: Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including media agencies, partners, and distributors.
• Budget Management: Allocate and manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve business goals.
• Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities comply with local regulations and company policies.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Asian marketing. Working experience in Asia (i.e. China, Japan, Korea) is a plus.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, creativity, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in multiple leagues and Mandarin is a must.
• Cultural Awareness: Understanding of cultural nuances and consumer behavior in different Asian countries.
