Description

As a Social Media & Influencer Relations Intern at b0arding.com, you’ll be responsible for identifying, contacting, and managing collaborations with social media creators aligned with our brand. The goal is to drive awareness, engagement, and user growth through authentic influencer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify travel, lifestyle, and adventure influencers across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Craft personalized outreach messages to pitch collaborations and partnerships.
• Negotiate and coordinate deliverables such as sponsored posts, trip content, giveaways, and affiliate partnerships.
• Manage influencer communication, track campaign performance, and report outcomes.
• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing or creator outreach (preferably in travel, lifestyle, or hospitality).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English proficiency)
• Strong understanding of social media trends and influencer communities.
• Organized, goal-driven, and comfortable working in a remote or fast-paced startup environment.
