Engagement Model

• Commission-based only
• No salary / no retainer
• Long-term association

Responsibilities

• Source and develop buyers
• Coordinate sampling, costing & orders
• Act as a liaison between buyers and factory

Ideal Profile

• Experience with apparel sourcing or buying offices
• Existing buyer network preferred
• Freelance consultants welcome
