About the Role
Boston Aesthetics is seeking a creative, strategic, and hands-on Social Media, Marketing & Brand Manager to help build and elevate our brand across the U.S. aesthetics market. This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, managing our social media presence, creating compelling content, supporting product launches, and strengthening brand awareness among physicians, medical spas, and aesthetic providers.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable developing marketing strategy, creating engaging content, analyzing campaign performance, and executing across multiple digital and traditional marketing channels in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute integrated marketing and brand strategies that increase awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Own and manage Boston Aesthetics' social media strategy, including content planning, scheduling, publishing, community engagement, and performance optimization across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Create compelling digital and print marketing materials, including social media content, videos, email campaigns, website content, brochures, presentations, and sales collateral.
- Plan and execute product launches, promotional campaigns, provider education initiatives, and customer engagement programs.
- Collaborate with Sales, Clinical, Product Management, Medical Affairs, and Executive Leadership to develop marketing initiatives that support business growth.
- Coordinate video production, customer testimonials, provider success stories, and educational content.
- Monitor campaign performance, social media analytics, SEO, digital advertising, and website metrics to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
- Coordinate trade shows, conferences, customer events, webinars, and other marketing initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, photographers, and creative partners.
- Utilize AI and modern marketing technologies to improve efficiency, creativity, and campaign performance.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, branding, social media, or digital marketing.
- Medical device, healthcare, aesthetics, or cosmetic industry experience strongly preferred.
- Proven experience managing business social media platforms and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
- Experience with social media management platforms, email marketing, CRM systems, Google Analytics, and digital advertising.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing software, or similar creative tools is preferred.
- Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, creative, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organization.
- Willingness to travel approximately 15% for trade shows, product launches, customer events, and company meetings.

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: Starting at $90,000 annually. The expected hiring range for this position is $90,000 to $135,000 per year*, depending on factors such as the candidate's relevant accounting and financial management experience, financial planning and analysis expertise, startup experience, industry knowledge, professional certifications, education, and demonstrated ability to build, implement, and scale finance operations. Individual compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, internal equity, and business needs.
