  • Negotiate contracts with venues, caterers, entertainment providers, and other vendors to secure the best terms
  • Oversee event marketing efforts across multiple channels to maximize attendance and engagement
  • Manage all aspects of event setup and breakdown, ensuring smooth operations on the day of the event
  • Coordinate catering services, banquet arrangements, and hospitality needs to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Upsell additional services or products during events to enhance revenue opportunities
  • Monitor budgets closely, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective management of resources
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing attendee inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Maintain detailed records of contracts, vendor contacts, permits, and other essential documentation
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and health standards throughout all event activities
